While checking out from any online store, there is an option for shipping services. Select ‘Frank’ from the dropdown/list. There, you can avail the Frank Store Shipping with options of delivery types, flexible pick/drop times etc. Note, all online stores do not offer Frank services.

No. You do not need to install any app or subscribe to Frank. Store Shipping services can be availed by any buyer while shopping online. We will delivery your parcel at provided destination.

When you opt and confirm Frank Store Shipping (while checking out from any store), you will automatically get notification at your provided email and phone number. This also includes Order Tracking Number. You can trace and track your parcel any this website, as well as from PWA (progressive web app).

Air Shipping

Frank Customer App includes the option of Air Shipping. Please see the options there. However, Air Shipping facility is available for selected locations at present.

‘Air Rider’ is the person who is responsible to pick and drop your ordered parcel. However, if you opt ‘Space’ along with Air Shipping, then you may pick or drop your parcel at selected ‘Space’ (parcel shop).

Since all air shipment go through scrutiny and scanning at airport, therefore make sure you have read and understood the list of prohibited items (given in your app, as well as listed in this website).

No. Due to airport-custom regulations, you cannot send any similar item in bulk quantity, especially if it involves international flight.

Space Storage

Space is a registered and secured location, where customers’ parcels are temporarily stored. It is a provisional spot between or nearby origin and destination of parcel. This storage facility is part of modern postal and courier services.

Any registered ‘customer’ or ‘transporter’ of Frank App can utilize ‘Space’, against nominal charges. If you are a customer, then you can directly pick or drop your parcel at nearby Space (instead of waiting for the transporter to pick or drop parcel from your home or office).

Yes, you can directly place ‘storage only order’ by visiting any nearby Space. There is no prerequisite of installing any app. The Space provider/runner will weight and measure your parcel on spot, and store your parcel for requested number of hours or days.

If you request and select Space as your pick or drop location with shipping, then nominal charges will automatically include in your shipping/courier rate. No need to pay additionally to Space, while picking or dropping your parcel.

If you are a Customer, then go to Space (in your Customer App). It will show the list of all Space (locations/facilities) near selected pick or drop location. You can select any Space, according to your ease.
