You (as customer) can place air-shipping order from anywhere. Air-shipping service is available for domestic as well as international destinations. You can also use flexible pick and drop time, and space storage for air-shipping.

Frank Customer App includes the option of Air Shipping. Please see the options there. However, Air Shipping facility is available for selected locations at present.
‘Air Rider’ is the person who is responsible to pick and drop your ordered parcel. However, if you opt ‘Space’ along with Air Shipping, then you may pick or drop your parcel at selected ‘Space’ (parcel shop).
Since all air shipment go through scrutiny and scanning at airport, therefore make sure you have read and understood the list of prohibited items (given in your app, as well as listed in this website).
No. Due to airport-custom regulations, you cannot send any similar item in bulk quantity, especially if it involves international flight.
