When you successfully place any new order. The system sends you a notification and invoice. The notification as well as invoice bill contain the tracking id/number of your order.

Most common reason is the typing mistake. Since tracking number is a long alpha-numeric number, therefore people often make a mistake while submitting tracking number. Make sure you have entered valid number. Note also small and capital letters, if there is any in your tracking number. Also avoid pressing Space key while entering tracking number. If problem persists about tracking, then call to Customer Support.

The tracking number is auto-generated, at the time of placing order. It remains valid throughout its transit until delivery. The tracking number automatically expires, when delivery is made (i.e. parcel is received at its destination).

Yes, every order on or via Frank has a valid and unique tracking number.

Every order has a unique number. If you lost the tracking number by any chance, then you can get it from Frank. Please request duplicate invoice from your app. Else you can contact Support Centre.
